I figured that would be the response from some of the remaining longs. So tell me this then dave...had eric in fact taken advantage of those 2 runs to which you refer and sold $600k would all of you still feel all warm and fuzzy about the 162M restricted shares never being leaked into market?

Of course not...'cause then that party line couldn't be utilized anymore to keep the remaining longs convinced that eric is saving his restricted shares for the dream pay off one day!

And all the while there's remaining longs out there believing that's the reason he's never sold any restricted shares all the while he utilizes treasury shares each and every quarter instead...there's little reason for eric to bother trying to begin liquidating his allowable 1% per 90 days is there.
