Well, if you've noticed, Bob and Frank are scammers, thieves, liars, and crooks.

When I put money into ARSC about a year ago, I was expecting a good return. I should have sold at .004 (I believe it got that high). I didn't, but I waited until the end of the year when they promised it would rocket.

Bobbie and Franko kept increasing the share ceiling and dumping and dumping and dumping and dumping (and dumping).

Incase anybody out there thinks I'm posting this because I'm still in ARSC, I'm not. It's just annoying to be lied to and then have other posters on this site encourage lying so that they'll make their penny.
