FCSC—Do you still stand by this comment?

Very much so. My definition of a biotech scam is a company whose main goal is not to to develop a profitable business or product, but rather is to enrich insiders at the expense of unsophisticated investors. Insofar as laViv has little or no chance of being a commercially successful product, FCSC fits the above definition in spades, IMO.
