Just a few more weeks, and all of the more than 1 billion gallons of ethanol production licensed in 2010 will be online. Then we can focus on the additional 1.3 billion gallons this year, of which some has already been licensed.
In order to get this additional 1.3 billion, Greenshift must be expecting a massive settlement, or they caught a big fish like Valero.
All of the infringers under litigation account for 875 million gallons of ethanol production.
Valero is right around 1 billion, and they already said they're considering adding corn oil extraction. Remember that GPRE said for months, they were considering adding corn oil extraction, and then they signed with GERS.
Whatever the case, tons of royaltys are pouring in. Plus there's the past royaltys owed by the infringers.
GERS was right about the 1 billion licensed last year, I'm sure they knew ahead of time exactly who was signing up. GERS knows exactly who this 1.3 billion is coming from as well.
Greenshift Is A Cash Cow.
Good Luck To All!$!$!$!$!$
