I don't think it's speculation at all.. i think it's a fact, the ESHC was letting JB do his "job", or lack there of, until they in fact had their ducks in a row. Until his "ethics" was undeniable to Honorable Judge Thurman and the Trustee. And now our (ESHC's) solution can be heard, analyzed, accepted and implemented.


Regardless, the fat lady has entered the building, and will be on shortly. Please hold you applause till the end. ;) should be an interesting a couple of days/weeks coming up.
