Thanks, I did some quick reading and apparently the vids I saw were in regards to California dispensarys which are non profit and the explanation given as I recall was that income as "employees" of dispensary was only taxed by the state and was not recognized as income by the feds because marijuana is illegal. Perhaps it had more to do with the non-profit status? That was a few years back and it floored me.

Hey for all I know they owe a bunch of back taxes now and I'm just as floored by the idea that taxes from illegal proceeds are supposed to be declared.
