You mentioned big institutions..I'm hoping that's not factored in the price target of .50 LMAO...They are not allowed to trade BK stocks but if they are willing to then they can. Learned from HDOG the other day..Most big boards are either restricted or cop out to trade OTC or Pinks. Therefore in order for QSGI to be traded among Wallstreet, they will have to uplist. In order to uplist, their financial conditions etc has to be met in requirements imo. Long story to talk about this now but
