People know it's done deal. As far as the price goes, it's been staying at .20.... once it gets hit to .22-.23, coming back down to.19. It's not something people do not know what's coming..still makes me wonder why this remains so calm. The game may start AFTER news hit one day, but when? and what kind of news? Emerging BK news, R/M news wouldn't be enough to bring the pps way up from this level you know it.
