rather than dealing in hard facts.

JJ claims that FINRA is an arm of the SEC. This is not factual. This is rather, a lie.
So I ask you, why would JJ make that statement (which is indisputably false), and if JJ lies about that, why would you believe anything else he says?

SEC, NASD and FINRA work co-jointly to enforce rules that regulate activities in the market.
For instance, SEC Rule 17a-4, NASD Rules 3010, 3110 and FINRA Rule 3130 require Broker-Dealers to implement a compliance archiving & monitoring solution to archive and supervise all electronic communications such as email, attachments, Instant Messaging (AOL, MSN, Yahoo, Google Talk etc.), Bloomberg®, Thomson Reuters, BlackBerry, Social Media and more.
Loosely speaking, FINRA could be interpreted as being an "arm of the SEC" in the context that they work together to similar ends. Your contention that since this is not factual makes it a lie is laughably false, and is actually only an opinion belonging to CS. We all have opinions, not all are facts.
Many things can be interpreted one way or another. The fact that two people may have opinions on the same matter that are worlds apart does not make one, or the other, a liar. The fact that one, or the other opinion, is based on indisputably false premises or interpretations, does not lead to a "true conclusion" that someone is lying, either. It means that one has concluded a wrongful opinion.
Semantics are not the basis of good investments, IMHO.
Semantics aside, I have concluded on reasonably sound facts that MDMN is a sound investment. I will continue to make a profit by holding the majority of my position, and trading a small portion when I deem appropriate. You have concluded, rightly or wrongly, an opposite opinion of this as an investment, correct? Additionally, you have stated you continue to post here because you like the repartee with longs, not because you intend to make a profit. When the JV partner and terms are announced on the Newswires, will one of us just have a wrongful opinion, or are you concluding ahead of time one of us is lying? I plan on taking this investment to the bank. Long & Strong!
