nah demand was more than they figured and refills are what people buy most so they probably bought much more refills than kits. Thats what I did my first order. I sell vapor ecigs and I have around 70 starter kits in stock but have 200 refills packs. as soon as you establish the client then they will buy 4 refill packs for every starter kit. the battery's eventually die out and cant charge anymore like any other battery.
