Ill answer both sides of that question.

A - If there legit their cleaning up the house getting ready for bigger things.

B - If their scammers their cleaning up there house as to not attract unwanted attention so they can keep the scam rolling along.

Pretty simple if you ask me but again this is a pink so one must question everything! Bernie Madoff did it for twenty years before the crash of 2009 brought him down!
