Lupetto, maybe we are in somewhat agreement. I don't think a MSFT would have to read the agreement at all to decide whether to do a deal. They will decide based on the research of their IP attorneys. What Virgin chooses to do will not be dispositive for MSFT. If Virgin chooses not to contest the patents, that's a positive. However, MSFT will use their own research. TW
