lick both the otcbb is a piece of work. think it takes guts to buy more shares at this price or stupidity. half full or half empty. i have this theory that fasc has a big enemy. some names have been menitioned and i am checking it out. at this pps a lot of money could be made or lost. manipulation could be a big reason why the pps is so low. jmho
