A rumor is

1. A piece of unverified information of uncertain origin usually spread by word of mouth.
2. Unverified information received from another; hearsay.


Its not a rumor when it comes from the source.So if IKE is talking about GOIG its not rumor.If it come to fruition that is something different.So quit speading rumors.
