I think you're right to a point, but I believe there are also other factors holding us back. Right now it's almost 1pm friday, and we're doing the same thing, slidding back down(.0021 now), on the heels of more good PR's.
Someone is making every effort to keep the PPS from popping. It ain't management, but something else.
However, at some point it won't matter. The lid will blow off and MMTE will break free.
