I think that the stock is at an all time low today. Stock is down about 90% from last year's high of .42. Could this be time to buy? If you are a trader than perhaps so, specially if there is another startling press release about to be put out to the Universe. However I'll continue to sit this one out for reasons that have been mentioned all too many times.
