8-K filings must be made AFTER these changes just made and HFBG will file SEC Form 8-K with changes.

Statements like transfer of preferred shares has not been made, nothing changed and 504's selling by Calvin is what is "just talk."

I am saying HFBG would lie just sell shares!!!
All they have to do is make a filing and then it's done.
Until then, its just talk. HFBG make it legit, file the
change in preferred shares. If you have nothing to
