An American company, Groupe Concorde Developments (GCD), announced that it intends to invest over EUR 250 million for the construction of a chain of "ecological" centres for the care of the elderly and for those sufferers of Alzheimer 's. The concept's assisted living care entails continuously elders who can no longer feed or move without help.
The project involves the construction of care centers, whose total area, at the level of the country will have 257500 square feet. From data provided shows that the centres would host, in total, about 10 thousand residents.

Construction of the Centre's flagship in the North of the capital could begin in the autumn, as says the Romanian american partners group. Pilot centre, relative to the dimensions of the whole project, has a relatively modest-size 2600 sqm built, representing 1% of the total area was unveiled.
