Isn't that news completely old? They told us the funds were verified a long time ago. They make it sound like the partners finally got their cash together, which is the opposite of all the excuses we heard. " The fact that the Company may finally be closing in on an “elusive” JVA funding deal an AGM is anticipated in the near future." hmm, interesting way of wording it. I wonder why they chose the word elusive, doesn't build confidence. Neither does the fact they say they "may" finally be closing. They could have said that it is finally closing, but instead they used may. As in it may or may not be finally closing. Funny how we are back to the good old notario excuse. Theoretically the funds should released next week, or soon there after. If not, we'll know there's something wrong. They'll definitely have to come up with some new excuses.
