Don't kid yourself! Philipp Morris knows the market! The question is do they see SFIO as a competitor? If they discover that the market/their clientele is being threaten/shared/stolen...they will make their move.

Let’s just say they haven’t become the giant in the industry for nothing! With everything congress/legislation has thrown at them for the last 20 years and to remain in the forefront…they know every time an SFIO executive’s reaches to scratch!

Without a doubt they already conducted the research, evaluated the pro’s and con’s and will either come up with their own product, make an offer on this one or ...make things real interesting!
