Because they have to share information. No PR in weeks, and they have made mistake after mistake on the PRs or lack thereof. When ever you do a RM you release it's finished.. followed by a series of strung out PRs including funding, projects & prospects. They didn't do any of these. They said it's done, and a month later we haven't heard anything. It hit 15 cent in a matter of minutes twice now, and will run like that again as soon as they get their shit together and tell the shareholders what's going on. Load up on the 5s, and 6s.. they are going to be worth 2-3 x that much as soon as the PR pops the wire. With a float like this, it can move 100-200 % in an hour.
