I'll tell you how....or actually...allow me to first answer that with a question:

How do you process supposed 'black sands' without equipment to process them with?

Obviously if they are going to be processing black sands (supposedly.....I take NOTHING for granted) then they of course will need the equipment! So they write a whole PR telling us how they have just purchased it...WOW....that's good stuff! MUCH better than their OTHER plan of processing it WITHOUT the equipment. This will save them MUCH more time! lol
