Yes in my conversation with Joel earlier when he returned my call he stated that reinstatement would happen as soon as the lawyers are done reviewing all the paperwork. The company has completed everything they can. They are waiting on lawyers to review documents. Reinstatement and being current on otcmarkets.com are their top priorities he said along with finalizing distribution agreements.
