I've thought about that one. I think in their agreements with EBIG, there must be some sort of legal reasoning, that they can't just "use" EBIG, then drop their help, and turn around and go public by themselves. EBIG could probably sue them somehow, if they did that. So I believe it's a "happy" arrangement, with good intentions all around. Especially for EBIG. They make out big, if these IPOs happen..........I guess I just get "fired up" too much about these delays. There's nothing any of us can do to move things along, or be helpful. It's just one of those patience things. Sometimes though, you wait patiently on these penny stocks, as all the optimists will tell you, and the darn things fall through, or turn to mud. I actually thought a while ago, that they were going to go through with their reverse split, regardless of the fact that they have yet to accomplish one spinoff successfully. I'm glad this kind of stifles their plan lately. I've been through a few reverse splits, and none have worked out as intended.........I think what you remember reading or hearing was from two teleconferences ago. I believe their plan was to complete the IPOs in May, then do the RS thing in June. Of course, that was right before the Chinese IPO sentiment thing took a dump. That's why maybe now they need to come out with some better timeline clarifications, or just announce that they aren't sure when things may improve. I believe recently they said they hope conditions change, but no one knows when that will be.
