I hope so but if not then no worries! Tried calling the CEO earlier and got his voicemail but his mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. However surprisingly he called me back. I asked him about the filings and he said that the lawyers had all the paperwork and it would be filed when they were finished. He said to keep checking the SEC website daily for company filings! He said the first filing we should see is the company updating their status to current. He stressed to me that he believes the value to be .25 minimum after all the filings and distribution are completed! I will wait as long as needed for this life changer (although it shouldn't be too much longer!). :)
