this kind of looks like a big ponzi scheme

instead of getting money from people they offer shares from one company give it to another

do it for awhile, then change name of company or buy another company and repeat process

maybe we need to report to the sec

all i have seen and read are false promises


anyone have a better theory (im all ears)
