New because BRZL was issued a new CUSIP # and traded as a new issue on Tuesday morning of this week. There was no reverse split or any share structure change, except that JR was given preferred shares that give him additional voting rights. It was not on the Daily List because BRZL is no longer on the OTC:BB. \

The thing I am unclear about is if this share transaction has to be reported in a filing to SEC or Pink Sheets. It seems that if BRZL wants to keep it's trading status with Pink Sheets, they need to file company developments.
