Even with the dilution, if the quarterly fins start showing a profit, the pps will go up. There are very few pinksheet companies that actually have a product, much less revenue and profitability. The company has needed to issue Rule 504 to raise cash for operations.

It sucks for the shareholders but its a necessity to continue operations until revenue overtake expenses. Once iFinix obtains financing, there will be no need to issue shares for cash. If profitability occurs and revenue continues to increase, I do believe the pps will go back above .002.
