It is still possible for Cmey to break .03 tomorrow. But each day that it does not, it becomes harder and harder for the stock to do it. Since this run-up began, Cmey did not go above .03 one time during the day. That is a very bad signal. If your average price is .02 or below, you might want to take some profits now and hold the rest in case it breaks out over .03. When a stock keeps flirting with the same high (which here is .03),and does not go above it-- it's topping out. It's a signal that the stock is spent. But after all is said and done, either way you go, you're going to make money. Cmey will be going mucho higher in the not too distant future.
