Defendants”) hereby submit the following Stipulated Motion for Entry Of Stipulated
Supplemental Protective Order For Source Code. In support of this Motion, e.Digital and the
Moving Defendants state as follows:
CERTIFICATE OF CONSULTATION
Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 7.1(A), e.Digital initiated the meet and confer process
regarding the subject matter of this Motion. On May 6, 2011, e.Digital and the Moving
Defendants agreed to jointly seek the relief requested herein.
MOTION
1. Fed.R.Civ.P. 26 (c) authorizes the Court to provide protection against public
disclosure of confidential or trade secret information.
2. Plaintiff has requested the production of source code. By stipulating to this
motion, Defendants do not concede that source code is relevant to any issue in this case.
3. Source code is considered by at least some Defendants or non-parties to be highly confidential. Because source code is difficult to create, but easy to copy, the provisions of the........(more)
