Sure plmcc, I could post hundreds of them, but I'm not going to waste time on it until I know the fate of the shell. No two are alike as the share structure is different each time and there are things like NOLs to consider. Peeps should do their own DD and never rely on other poster's anyway...too many fake facts and agendas on MB's.

I will say that I've never seen an OTC or Pink RM (with a favorable share structure going in) that was not altered in favor of the buyer's agenda. What buyer in their right mind is going to give away 38.5% of a valuable business for little or nothing. JMHO
