The SP does not make a difference until after the announcement. And the drop does makes perfect sense if you believe that there is a HUGE short position out there. The shorts will continue to short until the SP get to a > .20 to .30 price. They have to, they have to protect their positions.

Remember, the SP means nothing at this point, just like at .15 or .17. They are fishing for the stop outs and finding some meat. We have just left the gate, the fininsh line is still a ways off. The announcement today is telling you this. Take a week off and lets talk mid month.
