That's not true because I called my Scottrade broker and placed a small sell order and it went through AUTO which is the normal MM that Scottrade uses.
Your exaggeration that DGRI has been in business for 20 years and sold a billion shares is also not true.
It may happen that DGRI ends up selling a billion shares as a penny stock as did Barrick to get its mines operating. Please check the price of price of Barrick today. DGRI probably has the same amount of gold that started Barrick.
