Wordwhat, when it comes to legal actions, things move at a snails pace. Be prepared for that. If you have ever been party to a lawsuit, you will know what I mean. A traffic accident with injuries averages about 5 years to go to trial. That is what defense lawyers do, they drag things out as long as they can.
That doesn't mean there won't be opportunities to make a profit. As each defendant/lawsuit gets known, the pps will react. As progress or setbacks in each case occurs, the pps will react. The art in this situation will be to "play the curve". That, IMHO, will give us the most profit. However, holding long will probably result in a good return also. So, patience is key in the legal side of this situation.
On the business side, any big contract or distribution deal will, of course, also effect the price.
With the combination of both the lawsuits and potential sales, the opportunity for profit is greatly increased. However, I don't believe this is a "get rich quick" deal. JMHO!
Good Luck & happy investing!
