My guess

Is Dean is waiting for some creditor to involuntarily put IMGG into bankruptcy, because he wins in bankruptcy.

But creditors aren't dumb--they see IMGG is an assetless shell with no chance at any recovery. That foils Dean's plans. No one is motivated to play along.

He needs a dumb creditor to play along--see an MTV spot and think there's gold there. Problem is Dean owns the gold (the patent) with a Toms river lien on it.

Bogdan and Toms River were the smart ones. bogdan going after Dean personally. toms River attaching the golden asset.

Everyone else, including shareholders, are SOL
