I think that there are a number of share holders that have bought into the "new and improved" Bender even though they were left holding a ton of stock the last time. They are in denial and are holding their shares, which has maintained the PPS. They may get disgusted and sell (at considerable loss) when the earnings comes out (in the event that it actually does)! Not a pretty sight! I thnk that you are correct that Bender is using it as a personal piggy bank....
