Love the news as expected... Happy to see no dilution to my millions of shares. Like the bank loan to upgrade.

Any way to find out if these preferred shares are convertible?(ie terms?)

I suspect we will not know until up-listing and the full disclosure is presented.

Am I the only one concerned with this?
