It's hard to guess but it would seem it's not to far off, Frodo has spoken to IR and from that conversation it would appear that the details of the merger are almost worked out. Keep in mind that it will still require FINRA approval and I believe a 10 day quiet period.I am not sure if that is concurrent with submission or after the FINRA decision.
