Realistically, IMO a "hotshot" would be unlikely to come to Cortex. If we look at the finances of this situation, many of us have run small projects with more budget than this company has in assets. I have wondered for years about what Maria Messenger does all day in an operation that could manage it's operating expenses with an Excel spreadsheet and has, IMO, no substantial need for accrual accounting, complex treasury transactions or any of the other typical to a going concern of any size. A travelling bookkeeper and a periodic review by a CPA would seem sufficient.

I feel that the curtain is coming down and I am amazed that the management has not simply called an end to it all.

I have been liquidating my position.
