the coming into fruition of the land deal has yet to come.
if you are such a great clairvoyant, I wonder why you spend your (negative) energy here on this MB.
the problem with being negative all the time is that nobody believes you any more.
even if one day you hit the nail on its head.
In one week time MMTE was never going to reach 0.0050, yesterday it might and today
we have a new 0.0030 story.
now what's it gonna be?
