The important thing for MGQG is that money is looking for investment but has to be in a product that is real and tangible. Communication from the company to investors have to be improved and expanded.

This is the one major reason for the stagnation of the stock price as well as the decline.

What the Board of Directors of this company has seemed to forgotten, or has never truly realized, is that as officers of a pubic company they have a fiduciary duty to stockholders to maximize value to the best of their ability.

Let me repeat that again.

As officers of a public company they have a Fiduciary Duty to maximize value to the best of their ability.

And at this point that is non-existent.

Through their inaction and negligence of taking important steps as appointed directors of releasing any public information they have allowed shareholder value to erode.

That is inexcusable and unwarranted when your primary duty is to increase value.

When the only way a shareholder can receive information is to call IR, (and forget about an email response if you try that route, it will not be answered) it is in no other terms, failing at this obligation.

While IR has dutifully answered the phone, the lack of any other information being released is negligent in a public company for the length of time that has passed since the merger.

It has been said before but I will repeat it. If you go to the companies website you would not even know they are a public company. Inexcusable.

They have not even revealed the names and positions of the BOD after being asked several times to do so.

So once again we will do the job of management of this public company.

This is what I have gathered as to the identities and contact information of the current Board of Directors.

These people work for you if you currently own any stock of MGQG. It is not just a title. They are expected to answer to shareholders.

I sincerely hope all this information is correct. It is inexcusable that we have to rely on shareholders to gather and make public information that the company should have done long ago.
