Here's the same section from the 2009 audit:

Management has developed patents and acquired patent license agreements and has completed a
prototype of its mobile diagnostics laboratory system. The Company expects to begin clinical
trials in the third quarter 2010.

Did you also notice that the financial statements are missing the financials? That's a pretty big oversight. Not to mention that somewhere around Note 6 the auditor seems to have quit because it refers to 2009 information and events from 2010 as Subsequent Events. If these are audited then I'd like to know who the audit firm is so that I can ensure nobody I know ever uses them.
