It is important for you to understand that the notes are gone. They have been replaced by a settlement agreement. Do you personally know the terms of the settlement agreement? They have not shown success yet as in generating audited financial statements, but they have survived the CR deathblow. They are still alive and kicking. They have survived the George Soros shellacking. They may yet prove to be a survivor of the CR methodology. CR may be able to pass judicial inspection, but that does not make what he has done OK.
