NoDummy...the part of the equation that you are missing is the guy running the show at SNRS. He took himself out of corporate so that he didn't have corporate stock restrictions and gave himself over 500K in consulting fees payable in stock.

He also owns preferred with super voting rights to maintain control of the shell. He is the one who has coordinated the promotional campaigns and hired the promoters. He has orchestrated all this while dumping in my estimation 5 billion shares into the promotions over the last 5 months.

Because he is not corporate, he limits his exposure and can dump shares pretty much at will.

He has done the same thing with multiple Companies over the last 6 years and left a lot of road kill/bagholders along the way.

Of course this is all IMO.
