hi diane, interesting email not authored, like i mentioned earlier it most likely would not be..i have previous emails from spph and hail first..both authored by jean amyot..he then stopped "signing" on subsequent responses..my opinion that he undoubtedly pulls the strings..max just a puppet.. last response from jean is his intention to open office in dubai..recent email from max stated he sent all info to hail first some time ago, all he could do, in their hands now..and now, you have hff email essentially putting the ball back in spph court..i've taken purely a guess that hff intentions are to swap frankfort ipo 10 euro(?) shares for spph deal, although previous agreement called for all cash deal..can't happen..figured hff hoped to trade near worthless for more near worthless...then hff price collapse once deal done..but, hff can't get frankfort listing for some reason, big problem here...if continues, hff will issue press release delaying (again) june buyout due to "market turmoil"-lol! ..just like last time they did not meet march 17 obligation.
