You are kidding I hope! With more than a half billion shares outstanding - this thing ain't going anywhere anytime soon - especially dollarland! Even with a buyout (which I doubt will happen) they in all likelihood will have to do a reverse split - and that seems to be the least of their problems.
In pennyland - NEVER EVER fall in love with a stock. Your wallet will surely be broken. Also NEVER EVER involve family and friends in a pennystock you have fallen in love with - nothing worse than losing family and friends money and their trust in you.

How many joint ventures have they announced over the years that fell through? I saw some a few years back when Agoracom was handling this stock.
