What caught my eye was the connection between the hiring of Paul Thomas as senior VP and his connection to his previous company EST where he was the Chief Operating Officer for Engineered Sports Technology. What Paul was able to do at EST was to help with their worldwide distribution. http://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/companyOfficers?symbol=LBGE.PK
