Really?? Ok tangible assets are things you can physically touch. Your bank account is tangible. the money in the account makes it tangible. again something you can touch. Investment loans are just that. Loans. Something you have to pay back therefore that is a liability. I can't explain it much clearer.

Company's in this sector as many have stated don't have very much in tangible assets. Most of it is intangible. Like fly has clearly stated many times that's why you see big buyouts for company's with very little tangible assets in this sector.
