If a company continually puts out good news and the stock price continues to decline I look for the reasons why.

- MM manipulation? - not in this case

- Short selling? - not in this case

- company dilution?

I believe dilution is the answer since March there havve been over 50 millon shares dumped on the market.

Now I hate to loose money so my next question is......Is this just a stock selling scam?

As much as I hate to say it I'm starting to think so. Its up to the company now to reverse the trend and/or PR the rasons for the additional shares being dumped and the monitary value they hope it will add to the comapny and the PPS. I guess we will find out soon enough.
