OZLU's ELCE Water Activator Test Boosts Shrimp Larvae Development Dramatically, Increases Size by Up to 20% At Panama Cultivation Farm Survival Rate Jumps from 70% to 92%; CEO Sees "Significant Potential"

TORONTO, Dec 10, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Ozolutions. Inc. (OTCBB: OZLU) had
"extremely positive" news about the advanced technology ELCE "water activator"
it markets.

The product passed a year-long test of its effectiveness at a Panamanian shrimp
nursery, Pacific Larval Centre Inc. The ELCE activator technology increased
larvae size up to 20%, and boosted the survival rate of the shrimp larvae from
70% to 92%.

Bronchial development, a key indicator of strong, healthy strong growth,
achieved 100% of the anticipated development in only 9 to 10 days, compared with
the traditional average of 60% to 80% development after the full 19-day
development cycle.

Pacific Larval produces and cultivates shrimp larvae supplying them to shrimp
farms in Central and South America for further growing and commercial sale. ELCE
activation was also used to treat algae (the basic food of the larvae) and was
found to improve the growth enhancing characteristics of this food source.

Ozolutions has been testing ELCE water activation on both the algae and larvae
to demonstrate the effectiveness of the process, which sends water through
tumbling ceramic balls, creating electrical charges and improving the properties
of the water.

Ozolutions has been awaiting positive results from this year of testing, before
launching a sales campaign to the shrimp industry of Central and South America
and the Caribbean.

Said Ozolutions President Max Weissengruber: "There are clear indications that
by improving the growth-enhancing characteristics of algae, the food source for
shrimp larvae, and by using ELCE water activation in the laboratory tanks in
which the larvae are grown, significant larvae growth and development can be
achieved while the average mortality rate is reduced.

"There are significant numbers of shrimp larvae laboratories in Central and
South America," he said, "and Ozolutions intends to vigorously pursue these
opportunities now that there is clear evidence of the commercial productivity
improvements to be gained from ELCE technology."

Ozolutions is now installing similar ELCE test units at scallop, salmon and
black cod operations in Canada.

"We believe that there is great potential for Ozolutions to promote the use of
ELCE water activation in a wide variety of aquacultural industries where steady
growth, high survival rates and overall healthy development are key commercial
objectives for these important food industries," said Weissengruber.
